Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated. Please bear in mind that we are a small start-up and we don’t ship over the weekend or on public holidays.

The standard service typically takes 3-5 days.

Please remember when considering our shipping costs that we are doing our best to provide you with great value and quality of service, for this reason we are using a variety of providers. We currently do not offering standard free shipping, because free shipping is never free. We prefer to keep our costs transparent and not hide extra costs to you in our pricing. Whenever Free Shipping is offered, this will be a promotional cost we pick up.

 PACKAGING 

We are passionate about the environment and we worked hard to source and design our packaging solutions sensibly and eco-friendly.

All our boxes are 100% recyclable and are made with recycled material. Additional elements of our packaging are also all recyclable, made of recycled material, including our branded tapes, box filling and tissue papers.

Although we are passionate about our branding, the environment comes first, so whenever possible we recycled materials from our suppliers.

We sell a variety of objects and some are extremely fragile and not easy to replace. For this reason sometimes we have to make sure extra padding and protection is included, the safety of your purchase is paramount to us, whilst making sure that we don’t create unnecessary waste.
