Dear friends of Revolution of Forms, I wish to welcome you to our new website and, more importantly, to a pivotal moment in our entrepreneurial story.

This year marks the beginning of an exciting chapter as we bid farewell to our roots as an online shop and enthusiastically embrace the dynamic realm of consultancy.

Revolution of Forms started with a vision – to offer uniquely crafted objects combining responsible sourcing and contemporary aesthetic and to focus on highlighting the stories behind each object.

The brand specialised in contemporary Mexican crafts, offering a curated selection of handmade objects, produced from natural or recycled materials, and made with traditional techniques.  Collaborating with designers and artisans all over Mexico, the brand has been guided by a desire to support ancient craft traditions that are at risk of vanishing, whilst promoting innovation and modern taste.

The business celebrated many wins, a number of very successful exhibitions during London Craft Week, important collaboration with highly regarded brands like Kew Gardens, Abask and Maestro Dobel and most of all, the opportunity to bring some extraordinary objects to a wider audience, giving new opportunities to artisans and brands we collaborated with.

Since the industry and economic landscape evolved in recent years, however, Revolution of Forms faced familiar challenges experienced by many small businesses. Rising operational costs, complex shipping logistics, and mounting warehousing expenditures posed significant hurdles. In response to these obstacles, it has become imperative to evolve, ensuring our continued relevance and resilience in an ever-changing economic landscape.

As we embark on this new chapter, our commitment to upholding our core values, fostering meaningful relationships, and providing valuable solutions to our clients and partners remains unwavering.

The decision to transition to consultancy also stems from personal reasons. After 21 years in London, my partner and I decided to embark on a new, daunting adventure – restoring a derelict farmhouse in central Italy. The property is set in the beautiful countryside of Umbria, comprising thousands of olive trees and forest. Although we know very little about restoring buildings or running farms, we are both deeply passionate about sustainability, nature, and the circular economy so we are embracing this new adventure knowing that we have an incredible opportunity to develop something special (More on this to come).

With this transition to consulting, I can have the flexibility to balance this exciting new project along with other endeavours, while continuing to pursue my entrepreneurial passion.

Drawing from over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in the creative industry, coupled with academic training in psychology, art markets, and management, I devised a series of strategic services at the intersection of design, crafts, and commerce for makers, trade professionals, and private collectors.

For Trade Clients, such as retailers and interior designers, I focus on curating bespoke product collections, advising on ethical and sustainable practices, fostering creative partnerships, and comprehensive project management for special events and exhibitions.

For Private Collectors, I specialise in facilitating bespoke commissions, responsible sourcing and acquisition of unique homeware pieces, and providing consultations on tastefully displaying and curating collections that align with individual styles and values.

As I embark on this exciting new chapter with Revolution of Forms, I am driven by a renewed sense of purpose – to give back and enable others to achieve their goals through sustainable and mindful practices.

Through this holistic approach rooted in psychology and based on my multifaceted experience, I aim to foster a resilient mindset for success by delivering solutions that prioritise responsible practices, celebrate craftsmanship, and help you reaching your desired audience.

Whether you are a maker, designer, trade professional, or private collector, the comprehensive suite of services is tailored to help you realise your unique aspirations.

I truly believe that anything is possible when armed with the right guidance, mindset and expertise. It is my passion to share the invaluable insights I have gained through my career and support others in overcoming challenges, forging meaningful connections, and driving positive change within the industry and beyond.

I invite you to explore how we can partner together and unlock your full potential. Let’s embark on this transformative journey as I dedicate myself to enabling your success through a sustainable, values-driven approach.
